We obtain information directly from you and, where relevant, from your representatives, introducers, lenders, professional advisers and public sources such as Companies House and HM Land Registry.

International processing
We use Squarespace for website hosting, Google for email and IDrive for backup and storage. These services may process personal information outside the UK, including in the United States.

How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Website visitor information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace may collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device details, and information about the pages you access, to operate, secure and maintain the website.
We do not use an online enquiry form. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, provide our services.

Our website uses necessary cookies to operate and support its essential functions. We have disabled Squarespace’s optional analytics and performance cookies.
